I learned about voice, paralanguage (pitch, volume, tempo, resonance, etc.). I have seen many idioms about voice ,for example "the tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart, so becareful wuth your words". It is easy to say to other people or even ourselves to think before speak, but in real life it is quite hard to do it.
In the vdo, I have observed the Dutch, American, and Thai people talking to each other to find out what are the differences of voice and paralanguage between them.
