Week 8 Paralanguage

• I learned about voice, paralanguage (pitch, volume, tempo, resonance, etc.). I have seen many idioms about voice ,for example "the tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart, so becareful wuth your words". It is easy to say to other people or even ourselves to think before speak, but in real life it is quite hard to do it.

 

• In the vdo, I have observed  the Dutch, American, and Thai people talking to each other to find out what are the differences of voice and paralanguage between them.
