Week 2 vdo and reflection

Reflection

Today Mr.C taught about breakthrough skills which include developing global mindset, practicing cultural agility, managing relationships, and creating opportunity. Mr.C let us observed people in the campus and took notes what we have seen. Partner and I have observed at the canteen. We got many case studies, around 5 cases. But we put only 2 case studies which were interesting in the vdo above. The 2 cases were Mr.C talked with another foreigner and the other was chinese student with the ticket seller.
